AIJÓ restaurant is located in Brickell, the new food epicenter of Miami. Tucked inside the landmark JADE building, you will find innovative Japanese cuisine in a chic and sophisticated setting.
Praised for its unique and worldly flavors, AIJÓ exemplifies contemporary Japanese fusion dining with a distinguished style and unconventional flavors.
When you first enter AIJÓ you know you’re in Miami – beautifully furnished with an all-white interior in quintessential Miami Chic style. Once you taste AIJÓ’s creative menu of flavors you enter a playful culinary world blended seamlessly with the essence of traditional Japanese gastronomy.
The Japanese word AIJÓ translates to “affection or love,” and has deeper meaning to the owner, who chose the name because of his love and affection for his children, family and food. AIJÓ is not just a name, but the philosophy under which the restaurant creates each dish using no less than the highest quality ingredients, and exceptional service.
AIJÓ’s concept brings together a passion for food and experimental flavors. These ideas are fused together with traditional Japanese ingredients and cooking styles, such as the finest cuts of beef and robata grilling. Thanks to the curiosity of our expert chefs, there is no such thing as too taboo for AIJÓ’s unique menu.
